Framing nightmare

I took a picture to have framed there. I went to the framing station for advice on frames and mats. They gave me very little assistance. When I made my decision, I told her that I wanted part of the mat cut out to show the title and artist name. When I picked it up, they had not cut it out. The lady there was the one who took the order. She admitted it was her fault, and that they would only charge me $2.00 to take it apart and fix it again. I decided instead to add double mat and have a brass plate put on it. They called me up and said there was a problem with the size of the plate. They had made up two different sizes. When I went there to select the plate,I was paying attention to how the plate fit on the picture, I missed the fact that they misspelled the artist's name. I will have to have it taken apart again and done right. I also believe they charged me full price, when she said they would only charge me $2.00. If you have anything you want framed, try Michael's or some other place. This was a very expensive experience.
