Apparently in their salon they don't teach the students how to set apointments or how to treat customers. I was finally able to make an apointment after four attempts. They kept putting me on hold for long periods of time, then hanging up. Then I showed up to their nearly empty salon with several stundents standing around. They told me they wouldn't see me because I was more than 5 minutes late, but I really wasn't. No one was at the front desk when I came in and a man who was just working on the computers helped my by looking for someone who worked there. When I was told that I'd have to reset my apointment, by a rude hateful girl, I just turned around and walked out. If they're this bad at doing business, I couldn't imagine how terrinble they would be at other stuff they do in that salon.
