Terrible Customer Service/Extremely Disappointing Experiece

I could not be more dissatisfied with the service (or lack thereof) that I received from A-1 Limousine. Not only did they fail to pick up passengers on multiple occasions?though the time had been scheduled over a month prior to the pick-up date?they also called at 10:00p.m. the day before a scheduled run to let me know that they could not fulfill their obligation. Then to make matters worse, I was told by their ?customer service expert? that I would not be charged for the terrible inconvenience, when in fact, I received a bill. You will be severely disappointed if you choose to go with A-1 Limousine.
